The following information was obtained from the Marion Police Department. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.
• Bailey Scott, 27, of Herrin, was charged with retail theft at Walmart Supercenter on Nov. 15.
• Kaleb Terry, 22, of Marion, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 14 in the 100 block of Goodall Street.
• Bethany Bailey, 44, of Marion, was charged with unlawful visitation interference on Nov. 14.
