The following information was obtained from the Marion Police Department. All cases should be viewed as charges only.
• Ivan Reliford, 28, of Marion, was charged with aggravated domestic battery in the 700 block of Sout Holland Street on Sept. 19.
• Francisco A Ortiz, 18, of Marion, was charged with possession of cannabis in the 1100 block of North Carbon Street on Sept. 14.
• Brian Boler, 38, of Marion, was charged with possession of cannabis in the area of Fair and Main Streets on Sept. 19.
• Angeline Valcin, 28, of Herrin, was charged with retail theft at Walmart Supercenter on Sept. 18.
