Looking to find Fourth of July activities? You'll have to travel a little farther this year
Randolph County Celebrate our Freedoms and Veterans: July 1-6 exhibit encircling the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution monument in the Plaza of Flags at the Randolph County Courthouse in Chester. Each member of the NSDAR traces her ancestry to a Patriot who aided the effort of liberty. Patsie Hopkins, a member of the Liberty Bell of the West Chapter, has set up this exhibit honoring all the Patriots recognized by the 54 members of the Liberty Bell of the West Chapter. Visitors are asked to wear masks and socially distance themselves.
