Du Quoin Middle School students prepare for art show

  • Students at Du Quoin Middle School are hanging art around the school in preparation for the upcoming All-Student Art Show, which will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 20 at the school. The evening will include the exhibition of more than 1,000 pieces of student-produced art, as well as face-painting, DJ Christian Feltmeyer, refreshments, a photo booth and coloring page stations. The free event will be hosted by middle school art teacher Candace Campanella and elementary/high school art teacher Andrea Collins.
