At the IHSA Class 1A Girls' Golf Sectional Monday, the Harrisburg duo of Gabby Adams and Alli Ferrell shot a 108 and 110, respectively to finish middle of the pack.
Adams had a 55 on the front side of Spencer T. Olin Golf Course and finished with a 53 on the final nine. Ferrell went 52 on the front and finished with a 58 on the back.
Eldorado, who qualified as a team after finishing second at the Mt. Carmel Regional last week was 11th out of 12 teams after shooting a 435.
Massac County won the team event with a 336 and Nashville took second with a 352. Effingham St. Anthony will join the other two at the state tournament after firing a 358.
Other scores included Pinckneyville (360), Effingham (362), Alton Marquette and Belleville Althoff Catholic (371), Highland (392), Anna-Jonesboro (400), Hamilton County (413), Eldorado and Mt. Carmel (449).
Keeley Tate led the Eagles with a 102 to wrap up a four-year career at EHS, while Derian Corn was second with a 106. Emma Wargel shot a 113, while Ashlyn Sizemore carded a 114. Hannah Clark (132) and Chloe Hopkins (140) rounded out the scoring.
Massac County's Millie Lawson took low medalist honors with a 75, shooting a 37 on the front and finishing with a 38 on the backside.
