GOLCONDA -- Kenneth Edward Fricker, 80, died Sunday, June 25, 2017. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. July 8 in Community Independent Baptist Church in Rosiclare with Pastor Fred Birch officiating. Cox Funeral Home in Rosiclare is in charge of the arrangements.
