• Frederick E Richardson, 57, of Marion, has been arrested for Retail Theft at Menard's on Jan. 12.
• Weslie K Norris, 22, of Herrin, has been issued a citation for Trespass to Property at Wal-Mart Supercenter on Jan. 9.
• Dakota Holmes, 21, of Marion, has been arrested for Domestic Battery, Unlawful Restraint and Violation of Bail Bond in the 400 block of N. Garfield St. on Jan. 10.
• Allen Gervais, 57, of Harrisburg, has been arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines, Possession of Stolen License Plate, Improper Use of Registration, Driving While License Revoked and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle in the area of Broeking Rd. and E. DeYoung St. on Jan. 11.
• Kimberly Wakefield, 59, of Marion, has been arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property in the 1200 block of Enterprise Way on Jan. 9.
• Stephanie Garland, 31, of Marion, has been arrested for Disorderly Conduct in the 900 block of S. Court St. on Jan. 9.
• Nicholas Tutkus, 58, of Herrin, has been arrested for Possession of Stolen Property in the 100 block of N. Court St. on Jan. 11.
• Jerod Cobb, 36, of Energy, has been arrested for Retail Theft in the 1300 block of Enterprise Way on Jan. 11.
• Cody Gibbs, 28, of Marion, has been arrested for two counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Disregarding a Stop Sign and Disobeying an Emergency Vehicle in the area of N. Market St. and Boulevard St. on Jan. 12.
• Antwon Brown, 30, of Marion, has been arrested for Possession of Stolen Property following a vehicle burglary in the 2200 block of Nichole Ln. on Jan. 14.
• Rachael McNeely, 32, of Johnston City, has been arrested for Retail Theft at Dillard's on Jan. 11.
• Paige Leonard, 45, of Pittsburg, has been issued a citation for Retail Theft at Wal-Mart Supercenter on Jan. 14.
• Dwight E Vaughn, 35, of Marion, has been arrested for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance in the 700 block of N. Granite St. on Jan. 14.
