CARTERVILLE -- Applications for the 2019 Illinois Snow Angel pageant are now available for young ladies ages 4 to 24.
The pageant will be held at Carterville High School at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9. Miss and Teen applications are due Oct. 5.
