Gary D. Brookmyer, 81, of Herrin, formerly of Hardin County, passed away Saturday, Oct. 20, 2018 in Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville.
Services will begin at 1 p.m. Thursday Oct. 25 at Hardin County Funeral Service (Cox Chapel) in Rosiclare, with the Rev. Deon Dutton officiating.
Visitation will be held from 11-1 Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Cave Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made to Rosiclare Rehab and Healthcare Center.
