The following information was obtained from the Marion Police Department. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.
• Nigia Petty, 20, of Marion, was charged with theft Over $500 in the 1300 block of Wilson Place on May 8.
• Anthony Hassett, 27, of Marion, was charged with criminal trespass to property, driving while license revoked and operating an uninsured motor vehicle on May 8.
• Nigia Petty, 20, of Marion, was charged with speeding, reckless driving, resisting arrest and no valid driver's license in the area of Third and Cherry Streets on May 9.
• Daniel Harkins, 36, of Marion, was charged with domestic battery in the 2100 block of West Main Street on May 8.
• Tommy Himes, 68, of Neoga, was charged with retail theft in the 3000 block of West DeYoung Street on May 7.
