• Quincey Abner, Pinckneyville, was charged with criminal damage to property and resisting a peace officer/correctional employee/firefighter.
• Jacob Irvin, Pinckneyville, was charged with aggravated battery of a peace officer, domestic battery and resisting a peace officer/correctional employee/firefighter.
• Jason Coffel, Pinckneyville, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• Austin Lindsey, Pinckneyville, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Closed felonies
• Allison Palmer, Pinckneyville, pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance and was ordered to pay $2,450 in total fines and fees. She was sentenced to six days in the Perry County Jail followed by 24 months of probation.
• Zachary Uhls, Pinckneyville, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was ordered to pay $2,600 in total fines and fees. He was sentenced to 14 days in the Perry County Jail followed by probation for 24 months.

Misdemeanors
• Joshua Paszkjewicz, Pinckneyville, was charged with domestic battery with the intent to do bodily harm.
• Patrycja Ferenc, Streamwood, was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Travis Griffith, Pinckneyville, was charged with disorderly conduct.
• Al Donovan Bennett, Pinckneyville, was charged with domestic battery with the intent to do bodily harm and child endangerment.
• Andrew Gates, Du Quoin, was charged with domestic battery/physical contact, aggravated assault of public property and criminal damage to property.
• Franklin McGinnis, Du Quoin, was charged with disorderly conduct.
• Christopher John Simmonds, Columbia, Mo., was charged with possession of cannabis.

Closed misdemeanors
• Daniel Mathis Jr., Pinckneyville, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and resisting a peace officer/correctional officer/firefighter and was ordered to pay $975 in total fines and fees. He was sentenced to 36 days in the Perry County Jail.
• Tammy Crispin, Du Quoin, pleaded guilty to retail theft under $300 and was ordered to pay $850 in total fines and fees. He was sentenced to 12 months supervision.
• Tyler Rankin, Richmond, Texas, pleaded guilty to a charge of battery with the intent to do bodily harm and was ordered to pay $850 in total fines and fees.
• Al Donovan Bennett, Pinckneyville, pleaded guilty to the charge of domestic battery with the intent to do bodily harm and child endangerment and was ordered to pay $975 in total fines and fees. He was sentenced to 24 days in the Perry County Jail followed by supervision for 12 months.
• Kevin McBride, Du Quoin, pleaded guilty to the charge of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and was ordered to pay $300 in total fines and fees. He was sentenced to eight days in the Perry County Jail followed by supervision for 12 months.
• Raymond S. Heatherly, Du Quoin, pleaded guilty to domestic battery with intent to do bodily harm and was ordered to pay $1,425. He was sentenced to 16 days in jail followed by probation for 18 months.
