Harrisburg capped off the opening week of the baseball season with a trio of wins, two of which came at the Metro East Kickoff Classic.
On Saturday, Harrisburg (5-0) picked up a 2-1 win over Rochester and knocked off Coal City 13-3.
In the win over Coal City, Harrisburg had nine hits on the day, including a pair of doubles as Braden Burtis was 4-for-4 with two runs scored and a pair of RBI.
Ethan Golish, who had the other double, was 1-for-4, while Riley King, Dawson Griffith, Reed Rider and Grant Wilson all had one hit.
Blake Stacey, Bryant Lester and Golish all had two RBI on the day, while Griffith and Rider both had one.
King scored a game-high four runs, while Braden Bergan scored three. Golish and Burtis both had two runs scored, while Griffith and Wilson scored one run.
On the mound, Chance Moscardelli got the win, going 3.2 innings and allowing three runs on four hits, while striking out six and walking two. Noah Arnold came on in relief and struck out four over 2.1 innings.
In the 2-1 win over Rochester Jackson Pittman picked up the win on the bump, while Arnold got the save.
Pittman was solid over 6.2 innings, allowing one run (unearned) on three hits, striking out eight and walking two.
Harrisburg scored one run in the second and another run in the fifth in holding off Rochester, who plated one run in the top of the seventh.
Reed Rider scored in the second on a Drew Hawkins' groundout to third and in the fifth, a Riley King sacrifice fly to left field scored Braden Bergan.
Cameron Ande, Golish, Rider, Wilson and Bergan all had hits for Harrisburg.

Harrisburg had 15 hits en route to a 9-4 win over Johnston City as Grant Wilson led the charge, going 3-for-3 at the dish with three runs scored and an RBI.
Jackson Pittman, Braden Burtis, Ethan Golish and Dawson Griffith all had two hits, while Riley King, Bryant Lester and Drew Hawkins all had one hit.
King a game-high two RBI, while Cameron Ande, Reed Rider, Pittman, Lester and Griffith all had one RBI. Jack Ford, Ande, Pittman, Golish and Hawkins all had one run scored.
