Prep Volleyball: Eagles pick up BDC win over Vienna, fall to Flora

The Eldorado volleyball team closed out its week with a hard fought three set loss to Flora, falling 25-19, 19-25 and 20-25.
"We played well the first game," EHS head coach Lisa Craig said. "The next two games, they played hard , but we just had way too many unforced errors."
Statistically, Karis Lane had 12 sets and were 6-6 on serves with 18 spikes, four kills, three blocks with one kill and 11 digs.
Piper DeBose was 11-13 on serves with one ace and two blocks, while Lily Mosby went 13-13 on serves with three spikes, one kill, six blocks and one kill with six digs.
MaKana Reid was 12-13 on serves with two acid, finishing with 24 spikes, seven kills, 10 blocks with five kills and eight digs. Tori Phelps had 30 sets and 12-12 on serves with one spike, one kill and 13 digs. Katelyn Mayberry had 11 sets, 3-4 on serves with 15 spikes, three kills, three blocks and 12 digs. Lily Gangard finished with four digs.
Earlier in the week, Eldorado earned a three-set victory over Vienna, winning 19-25, 25-23 and 25-22.

Mayberry had six sets and was 11-15 on serves with one ace. She finished with 17 spikes, five kills, three blocks and 28 digs. Lane had 10 sets and was 11-11 on serves with 21 spikes, six kills, four blocks and 22 digs. Phelps finished with 40 sets and was 11-11 on serves with 19 digs.
Mosby had four sets to go with 5-8 serving with one ace, eight spikes, four kills and three block kills and 16 digs.
Reid was 10-12 on serves with two aces, 17 spikes and five kills, two blocks and 18 digs.
DeBose had five sets, was 7-10 on serves with five aces, two spikes and three digs. Gangard had one set and four digs.
