The Eldorado volleyball team dropped a pair of early week games as the Eagles were knocked out in three sets by both Carmi-White County and straight sets by Gallatin County Monday.
In the 17-25, 25-14, 16-25 loss to Carmi-White County, Eldorado was led by McKana Reid who had 20 spikes, five kills and was 11-13 for serves with two aces, five blocks and 16 digs.
Lily Mosby had five spikes with one kill and was 8-for-11 on serves with five blocks and 15 digs. Katelyn Mayberry had six spikes and one kill and was 7-9 serving with three aces, two blocks and 14 digs.
Piper DeBose had four spikes and was 12-14 on serves with four aces and nine digs, while Tori Phelps was 4-5 on serves with seven digs, Karis Lane had 20 kills, five kills, one block and 12 digs and Lily Gangard had four digs.
On Monday, Eldorado lost 23-25 and 25-19, where Reid led the offense with 14 spikes and six kills and was 4-6 on serves with one ace, four sets, two blocks and 16 digs.
Lane had 12 spikes, three kills and was 5-6 on serves with three sets, one block and 17 digs. Mosby was 9-for-11 on serves with one ace, while finishing with four spikes, two kills and had six sets, two blocks and 15 digs.
DeBose was 4-5 on serves with one spike, Mayberry was 3-5 on serves with 11 spikes, three kills and was 5-5 on sets with three blocks, two kills and 11 digs, while Phelps was 9-9 on serves with one ace, 20 sets and eight digs and Gangard was 1-1 on spikes.
