Prep Golf: Harrisburg boys, girls notch wins

The Harrisburg boys' golf team scored a 169-184 win over Norris City-Omaha-Enfield Tuesday at Shawnee Hills Country Club in Harrisburg.
Bulldogs senior Grant Wilson took medalist honors, firing a 39, while Ashton Hall finished with a 40. Harrisburg also got a 44 from Brent Lawrence and got a 46 from Evan McDermott.
Hayden Emery added a 47 and Logan Hatton rounded out the scoring with a 63.
Cole Roberson led NCOE after carding a 42.
Harrisburg girls win triangular
Led by a 38 from Frankie Leigh Nicholes, the Harrisburg girls' golf team shot a 182, beating West Frankfort (190) and Carterville (245) in a triangular match Tuesday at Franklin County Country Club in West Frankfort.
Madison McClusky tacked on a 39 for Harrisburg, while Gracie Behnke finished with a 44 and Jaci Robison shot a 61. Laura Behnke added a 66 for the Bulldogs.
