Eldorado won a second straight game after posting a 52-41 win over Black Diamond Conference foe Carmi-White County Wednesday night.
The Eagles put three players in double figures as Aiden Whitlock led all scorers with 15 points. Will Bethel tossed in 13 points and Parker Price tacked on 10 to round out double digit scoring.
Bryant Byrd added eight points for the Eagles, while Boston Bradley finished with four points. Dylan Henshaw had a second quarter free throw, while Dustin Milligan had a fourth quarter free throw as both had one point.
The Eldorado junior varsity team fell to CWC 36-21, where Dylan Henshaw had a team-high eight points.
Gage Heath and Josh Owens each finished with four points, while Anderson Woolcott had three points, while Trevor Milligan tossed in two points.
Eldorado 51,Johnston City 34
Eldorado put two players in double figures, including a game-high 18 points from Aiden Whitlock and another 10 points from Boston Bradley as the Eagles earned a 51-34 Black Diamond Conference victory over Johnston City Tuesday night.
The Eagles edged JC to the tune of a 10-9 first quarter lead and outscored the Indians 14-8 in the second quarter to lead 24-17 at halftime. Eldorado outscored Johnston City 13-10 in the third quarter, taking a 10-point 37 -27 lead into the game's final eight minutes.
Bryant Byrd netted nine points for the Eagles, while Parker Price scored seven points. Will Bethel finished with five points, while Dylan Henshaw tossed in two points.
Austin Brown had a team-high 16 points for Johnston City.
The Eldorado junior varsity team picked up a 47-46 win against Johnston City, where three Eagles, Gage Heath (14 points), Josh Owens (11 points) and Isaac Barrett (11 points) led EHS in scoring.
Trevor Milligan finished with five points, while Dylan Henshaw had four points and Jonah Durham tacked on two points.
Eldorado is slated to play at Hamilton County on Friday night.
