When it comes to Colby and Krayton Morse, the two brothers and Harrisburg High School seniors do just about everything together.
So when it came down to deciding where to go to school, they both looked at their options, but with a keen eye on a place where they both could attend.
The landing spot was Lincoln Trail College, located in Robinson and the Morse brothers were joined by three other classmates as a group signing day recently.
In that mix was Ben Brombaugh, who will also be attending Lincoln Tail.
The significance isn't lost on the Morse brothers, who were happy to share in the moment with their "other brothers"
"This means a lot," Colby said. "Playing college baseball has always meant a lot to use and today is just a dream come true. We really wanted to go to the same place and I think it also helps that we'll have someone we know. Ben is a great friend to us and will continue to be one of our teammates."
"You have three os us going to the same place and I think with myself, Colby and Ben all going to the same school and having someone familiar to hang out with will be cool," Krayton said. "For us, I think it's going to be a lot like home and we'll be together. That will be a positive."
As a sophomore, Krayton played in 22 games, hitting .295 for Harrisburg, while driving in five runs and scoring two.Colby played 15 games as a sophomore and hit .273, with 10 runs scored and six runs driven in.
At Lincoln Trail, Colby plans on majoring in pre-med, while Krayton will focus on becoming a chiropractor.
