DeCarlo Taborn, 36, of Carrier Mills, died at 11:11 a.m. Thursday, July 5, 2018 at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale.
Funeral services will begin at noon, Tuesday July 10, 2018 at the Harvest Deliverance Center in Harrisburg, with the Rev. Ownly Williams officiating. Visitation will start at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial will be at Lakeview Cemetery in Carrier Mills.

DeCarlo was born on June 5, 1982 in Marion, Illinois to Uvon Taborn and Becky (Murphy) Taborn.
One of his favorite things to do was race his daughter, Amyiah -- she on her bicycle and he in his wheelchair.
DeCarlo is survived by his mother, Becky Taborn of Carrier Mills; father, Uvon Taborn of Carrier Mills; daughter Amyiah Hogan of Indiana; brother, Candaso (Heather) Taborn of Carrier Mills; sisters, Carmen Taborn and Keysha Dismuke, both of Carrier Mills, and Jennifer Rogers of Naperville; brother James K. Rouse of Maywood, Illinois; nieces and nephews Makayla, Acen, Candace, Harmony, Justyce and Alijah; and special friend Jennifer Hogan.
DeCarlo was very fortunate to have two fathers: James D. Rouse, his birth father; and Uvon Taborn, the father who raised him.
