Robert L. Curry of Du Quoin

Robert L. Curry, 45, of Du Quoin passed away at 8:22 a.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at his residence.
Robert was a retired blackjack dealer at the Casino Queen. He was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed yard work and tending to his flowers.
He was born Feb. 27, 1972, in Du Quoin, the son of Robert and Glenna D. (Fisher) Curry.
He is survived by his parents, Glenna and Roy Blythe of Du Quoin and Robert Curry of Sesser, one sister, Lacie A. Harris of St. Louis; and one half-brother, Ryan Curry of West Frankfort.
Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 22, 2017, at Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin with the Rev. Fred Bishop officiating.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. until the time of service Saturday at Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin.
Friends may make memorials to the American Diabetes Association. They will be accepted at the funeral home.
