Alek Jimenez welcomed to Marion PD

  • Alek Jimenez, left, is welcomed at Monday night's city council meeting by Police Chief David Fitts as a new patrol officer for the Marion Police Department. Jimenez is a former employee of The HUB and is a part-time school resource officer with the MPD. He serves as a sheriff's deputy in Pulaski County and will take up full-time patrol duties with the MPD after his swearing in later this month.
