Samantha Brooks, 28, of Carbondale, has been arrested on charges of Theft over $500 in the 1100 block of N. Carbon St. on Sept. 16.
Scott Swanson, 33, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Aggravated Assault and Aggravated Battery in a Public Place on Sept. 16, in the 1100 N. Carbon St.
Michael Pierce, 51, of Princeton, IN, has been arrested on charges of Unlawful Use of Body Armor, Disregarding a Stop Sign, Aggravated Fleeing/Eluding Police, Unlawful Use/Possession of a Weapon on Sept. 17, in the 900 block of Halfway Rd.
Luis Anguiano, 47, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Domestic Battery in the 2000 Westminster Dr. on Sept. 19.
Robert Bock, 25, of West Frankfort, has been arrested on charges of Aggravated Assault and Armed Robbery in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on Sept. 17.
Diana Allison, 36, of Marion, has been issued citation for Possession of Methamphetamines and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Sept. 20, in the area of N. Bentley St. and W. DeYoung St.
Alexander Howard, 33, of Harrisburg, has been issued a city ordinance citation for Possession of Cannabis 10-30 grams in the area of W. DeYoung St. and Broeking Rd. on Sept. 21.
Scott Swanson, 33, of Marion, has been issued citations for Criminal Trespass to Property and Disorderly Conduct in the 1700 block of W. Dewey St. on Sept. 22.
Patrick McLane, 39, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Domestic Battery in the 1000 block of W. Maplewood St. on Sept. 23.
Donald DeHut, 40, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Domestic Battery and Resisting/Obstructing Police Officers in the 300 block of N. Otis St. on Sept. 22.
Makayla Walker, 25, of Marion, has been issued city ordinance citations for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and No Seat Belt in the area of N. Jackson St. and N. Court St. on Sept. 20.
Brittany Lovsey, 22, of Centralia, has been issued city ordinance citations for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Methamphetamines and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle in the 2900 block of Williamson County Parkway on Sept. 16.
Hayden Kostansek, 21, of Marion, has been issued a city ordinance citation for Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 2900 block of Williamson County Parkway on Sept. 16.
Monica Heintschel, 40, of Marion, has been issued a city ordinance citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 200 block of S. Court St. on Sept. 20.
Bryson Moake, 18, of Vienna, Dustin Duppong, 20, of Creal Springs, Alex Sharp, 20, of West Frankfort, and Joshua Mirin, 20, of Marion, and 1 juvenile have each been issued a city ordinance citation for Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor on Sept. 20, in the 1100 block of N. Carbon St.
Dustin Squibb, 21, of West Frankfort, t has been issued a citation for Providing Alcohol to Minors in 1100 block of N. Carbon St. on Sept. 20.
