James Boatright, 54, of Carrier Mills, has been issued citations for 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Improper Lane Usage, No Insurance and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol in the area of N. Court St. and Main St. on May 31.
Timothy Besix, 30, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Criminal Trespass to Property and Obstructing Justice/False Identification on June 3, in the 400 block of E. DeYoung St.
Brandon Tennyson, 23, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer and Expired Registration in the area of S. Vicksburg St. and Boston Ave. on June 3.
Brent Battles, 23, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the area of S. Vicksburg St. and Boston Ave. on June 3.
Justin Ballard, 30, of Cypress, has been arrested on charges of Domestic Battery in the 900 block of W. Cherry St. on June 3.

Kaylee Crabtree, 26, of Murphysboro, has been arrested on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving While License Suspended on June 4, in the 1300 block of N. Carbon St.
