The following information was obtained from the Marion Police Department. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.

Jericha White, 33, of Pittsburg, has been issued a citation for Possession of Cannabis in the area of Halfway Rd. on April 1.

Brittany Stanley, 22, of West Frankfort, has been issued citations of Driving While License Suspended, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on April 1, in the area of Halfway Rd.

Kelsie Simmons, 28, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Retail Theft at Walmart Supercenter on April 3.

Dondre Taylor, 23, of Marion, has been issued citation for Possession of Cannabis and Driving While License Suspended on April 5.

Tammy White, 53, of Pittsburg, has been issued a citation for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in the 2700 block of Walton Way on April 5.

Nicholas Garland, 36, of Herrin, has been arrested on charges of Delivery of Methamphetamines and an outstanding Arrest Warrant in the area of McLaren St. on April 5.

Michael Throopp, 33, of Ava, has been arrested on charges of Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon by a Felon, Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Methamphetamines in the Williamson County Parkway on April 6.

Donald DeHut, 39 of Oconto, WI, has been arrested on charges of Domestic Battery, Assault, Threatening a Public Official and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer in the 300 block of Otis St. on April 6.

Willie Lee Dennis, 20, of Pulaski, has been arrested on charges of Possession of Methamphetamines with Intent to Deliver in the are area of Halfway Rd. on April 6.

Charles Teague, 32 of Puryear, TN, has been arrested on charges of Theft of a Motor Vehicle in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on April 7.

Haley Howard, 21, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer, Failure to Obey a Stop Sign and Aggravated Unlawful Use/Possession of a Weapon on April 7, in the 900 block of W. Main St.
