October 30
• Deputies ticketed Whitney A. Webb, 26, of Benton for speeding.
• Deputies ticketed Kassie R. Beasley, 36, of Royalton for speeding.
• Deputies ticketed Blake Anderson, 36, of Carbondale for speeding.
• Deputies ticketed Brandon W. Masters, 25, of Zeigler for speeding.
• Deputies ticketed Donna R. Bock, 49, of West Frankfort for speeding.
November 2
• Deputies ticketed Faith M. Wyant, 25, of Cobden for leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
• Deputies ticketed Shaquita S. Bell, 36, of Aurora for speeding.
• Deputies ticketed Kaylyn R. King, 26, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., for speeding.
• Deputies arrested Faith M. Wyant, 25, of Cobden on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident. She was transported to the Franklin County Jail, where she later posted bond.
November 4
• Deputies arrested Gary L. Gould, 53, of West Frankfort on a charge of unlawful possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle and a Pulaski County failure-to-appear warrant for driving while license suspended/revoked. He was transported to the Franklin County Jail, where he later posted bond.
• Deputies arrested Christina M. Parini, 34, of West Frankfort on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and a failure-to-appear warrant for driving while license suspended/revoked. She was transported to the Franklin County Jail, where she later posted bond.
• Deputies arrested Desi K. Kinkade, 19, of Benton on charges of driving under the influence and unlawful consumption of alcoholic liquor. Kinkade was also ticketed for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She was transported to the Franklin County Jail, where she later posted bond.
• Deputies ticketed Matalin R. Owens, 18, of Benton for unlawful consumption of alcoholic liquor.
• Deputies arrested William A. Karnes, 32, of West Frankfort on a warrant for failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.
November 5
• Deputies arrested Anthony C. Thompson, 43, of Marion on charges of unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, unlawful use or possession of weapons by a felon and driving while license suspended. Thompson was also ticketed for unlawful use of an electronic device and leaving the scene of an accident. He is being held in the Franklin County Jail.
• Deputies arrested Billy C. Gressett, 40, of Marion on a warrant for failure to appear for aggravated driving under the influence.
November 6
• Deputies ticketed Madelynn R.A. Peters, 18, of Savannah, Ga., for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
• Deputies ticketed Whitney L. Gosnell, 26, of Christopher for improper lane usage.
• Deputies arrested Shawn M. Shreves, 29, of Benton on a warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
November 7
• Deputies ticketed Joshua Luttrell, 39, of Johnston City for operation of vehicle with suspended registration.
