With all 27 Perry County precincts counted, Republican Bruce Morgenstern has won a seat on the Perry County Board, defeating incumbent member Susan Hepp with roughly 60% of the vote.
Unofficial vote totals Tuesday night are 5,912 votes for Morgenstern and 3,947 votes for Hepp. Those totals include early votes and mail-in ballots.
The race is for a four-year seat on the county board. All votes are considered unofficial until they are canvassed in about two weeks.
