The following incidents were obtained from Franklin County Sheriff David L. Bartoni. Note that arrests, charges and citations are allegations only, not findings of guilt.
July 4
• Deputies arrested William A. Lenzini, 23, of West Frankfort on a charge of driving under the influence. He was transported to the Franklin County Jail, where he later posted bond.
• Deputies ticketed Jacqueline L. Williamson, 59, of West Frankfort for failure to signal when required.
July 5
• Deputies ticketed Jillian L. Davis, 29, of Marion for speeding.
• Deputies arrested Christopher K. Martin, 23, of Zeigler on charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle. Martin was also ticketed for speeding. He was transferred to the Franklin County Jail, where he later posted bond.
July 6
• Deputies ticketed Jacob R. Pruett, 22, of Marion for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding.
• Deputies arrested Timothy M. Evers, 23, of Metropolis on charges of reckless driving, driving while license suspended, aggravated fleeing and eluding, aggravated assault, unlawful failure to register as a sex offender, criminal damage to government supported property, a failure-to-appear warrant for criminal sexual abuse out of Johnson County, and a warrant for driving under the influence out of Massac County. Evers was also ticketed for failure to dim headlights, disobeying stop signs, speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He is being held in the Franklin County Jail.
• Deputies arrested James J. Mutchek, 54, of West Frankfort on charges of threatening a public official, disorderly conduct, and a failure-to-appear warrant for criminal damage to government property. He is being held in the Franklin County Jail.
• Deputies arrested Amanda N. Russell, 35, of West Frankfort on a warrant for failure to appear for retail theft.
July 7
• Deputies arrested Bobbie J. Headrick, 31, of Herrin on a warrant for failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.
July 8
• Deputies arrested Joseph E. Weidig, 30, of Benton on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, illegal transportation/possession of alcohol, possession of title without complete assignment, unlawful display of registration, unlawful use or possession of weapons by a felon, improper parking on roadway and operating an uninsured vehicle. He is being held in the Franklin County Jail.
• Deputies arrested Paul E. Jackanicz, 67, of West Frankfort on a warrant for arson.
• Deputies arrested Tina M. Glenn, 31, of Murphysboro on a warrant for failure to appear for battery.
July 9
• Deputies arrested Joshua D. Revelle, 39, of Charleston, Mo., on charges of driving while license suspended and failure to secure load. He was transported to the Franklin County Jail, where he later posted bond.
• Deputies ticketed Brittney N. McElroy, 27, of Royalton for speeding.
• Deputies arrested Ryan E. Eads, 30, of Johnston City on a warrant for failure to appear for driving while license suspended.
• Deputies arrested Laura M. Walters, 50, of Zeigler on a warrant for failure to appear for criminal damage to property.
July 10
• Deputies arrested Juanita C. Crews, 30, on charges of identify theft, two counts of forgery and three counts of mail fraud.
July 11
• Deputies arrested Patrick G. Dumaw, 55, of Marion on a charge of driving while license suspended. He was transported to the Franklin County Jail, where he later posted bond.
July 12
• Deputies arrested Misty D. Shalabi, 39, of West Frankfort on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. She was transported to the Franklin County Jail, where she later posted bond.
