The Keyes Park playground opened for the summer on Wednesday, and children were eager to get back to it. The delay was caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and it wasn't until the state moved into Phase 4 of the recovery plan that the city felt comfortable letting children onto the equipment again. The equipment is cleaned frequently.
