The following incidents were obtained from Franklin County Sheriff David L. Bartoni. Note that arrests, charges and citations are allegations only, not findings of guilt.
June 22
• Deputies ticketed Kelsey E. Knapp, 18, of Zeigler for speeding.
• Deputies arrested Amy L. Brown, 40, of Oakridge, Mo., on a warrant for failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.
June 23
• Deputies ticketed Traci A. Graham, 49, of Bonnie for speeding.
• Deputies arrested James D. Westbrook, 35, of Whittington on a charge of domestic battery. He was transported to the Franklin County Jail, where he later posted bond.
• Deputies ticketed Ryan Benedict, 26, of Christopher for speeding.
• Deputies ticketed Darrell L. Swift, 61, of Creal Springs for illegal squealing of tires.
• Deputies arrested Kameron L. Williams, 21, of Sesser on a charge of theft. He was transported to the Franklin County Jail, where he later posted bond.
June 24
• Deputies ticketed Raymond J. Miller, 18, of Benton for speeding, possession of cannabis under the age of 21 and unlawful possession of adult cannabis in a motor vehicle.
• Deputies arrested Jennifer L. Bryce, 48, of Buckner on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported to the Franklin County Jail, where she later posted bond.
• Deputies ticketed Matilda A. Bullock, 45, of Mulkeytown for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
• Deputies arrested Steven R. Sisk, 63, of Benton on a charge of violation of a no stalking order. He is being held in the Franklin County Jail.
• Deputies ticketed Joshua A. Lefler, 31, of West Frankfort for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving while license suspended.
June 25
• Deputies arrested James S. Abbott, 42, of Logan on a charge of domestic battery. He was transported to the Franklin County Jail, where he later posted bond.
• Deputies ticketed Lathan D. Harris, 23, of Du Quoin for speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
• Deputies ticketed Gary W. Lytle, 73, of McLeansboro for speeding.
• Deputies ticketed Bethany L. Waier, 29, of Dahlgren for speeding.
June 26
• Deputies arrested Christian D. Briley, 39, of Zeigler on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, aggravated battery and robbery. He is being held in the Franklin County Jail.
• Deputies arrested Jennifer D. Turner, 38, of West Frankfort on charges of aggravated battery and robbery. She is being held in the Franklin County Jail.
June 28
• Deputies ticketed Leann M. Taylor, 34, of Herrin for speeding.
• Deputies ticketed Christina M. Gomez, 21, of Zeigler for no valid driver's license.
June 29
• Deputies ticketed Shane K. Burns, 51, of Du Quoin for operating a vehicle with expired registration plates on sticker.
