Church members are preparing for the 14th-annual Fish Fry at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Benton.
This year's event will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. this Friday, Oct. 4.
The church is located at 506 W. Main St.
Through the years, this popular event averages over 500 in attendance. The all-you-can-eat dinner includes fried fish, chicken strips, mini shrimp, steak fries, coleslaw, apple sauce, potato salad and baked beans. Drinks are included.
The cost is $11 for adults and carryouts, and $6 for children under 12. The event also features a quilt raffle and 50/50 drawing.
Tickets can be purchased at the door.
