PERRY COUNTY -- There will be a one-hour early dismissal Friday, Jan. 18 for all Du Quoin Community Unit School District #300 students due to a School Improvement Day.
Pinckneyville schools, including Tamaroa, will dismiss even earlier for the same reason at 12:30.
Also, both school districts will be off all day Monday, Jan. 21 in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King's birthday.
