The following information was obtained from the Marion Police Department. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.
• Nickolas Montgomery, 37, of Herrin, was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia in the area of Vicksburg and Main Streets on June 6.
• Ryan Owens, 32, of Marion, was charged with aggravated domestic battery in the 400 block of Allen Street on June 10.
• Jason Dirden, 37, of Herrin, was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine manufacturing material, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended on June 11 in the area of Comfort Drive.
• Tyler Romines, 25, of Makanda, was charged with possession of methamphetamine manufacturing material in the area of Comfort Drive on June 11.
• Travis Taitt, 26, of Hurst, was charged with obstructing identification and possession of methamphetamine manufacturing material in the area of Comfort Drive on June 11.
• David Diaz, 36, of Marion, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 2600 block of West DeYoung Street on June 9.
• Erin Hollaway, 34, of Goreville, was charged with retail theft in the 2800 block of Outer Drive on June 8.
• Blake Mays, 34, of Mount Vernon, was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct on June 7 in the 100 block of North Madison Street.
• Naomi Marks, 20, of Marion, was charged with theft and possession of stolen property in the 100 block of North Otis Street on June 7.
• Zakary Overmyer, 20, of Marion, was charged with domestic battery, violation of bail bond and resisting arrest in the 2600 block of Vernell Drive on June 8.
• Joseph Barnaby, 37, of Marion, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and two counts of possession of a controlled substance in the area of Malden and Hill Streets on June 7.
• Amanda Dalton, 36, of Marion, was charged with retail theft at Sam's Club on June 7.
• Jeffery Jones, 37, of Marion, was charged with two counts of possession of methamphetamines, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the area of Hill Street on June 6. An additional charge of unlawful use of a weapon by a felon was made on June 7 in the area of Jodi Lane.
• Mary Ginnelly, 55, of Marion, was charged with criminal trespass in the 1000 block of Halfway Road on June 6.
• Felicia Michelson, 28, of Marion, was charged with domestic battery in the 1700 block of Winchester Court on June 6.
• Haley Anderson, 25, of Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance in the area of Boyton and Holland Streets on June 6.
• Shannon Deno, 35, of Marion, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 500 block of South Buchanan Street on June 5.
• William Dempsey, 57, of Marion, was charged with criminal trespass in the 700 block of North Court Street on June 5.
• Dawn Rita, 47, of Marion, was charged with deceptive practice on June 8.
• Stephanie Garland, 29, of Marion, was charged with criminal trespass to residence and domestic battery in the 800 block of West Chestnut Street on June 4.
