The following information was obtained from the Jackson County courthouse.
FELONY DISPOSITIONS
May 29
• Ijereon M. Valliant Ellis, 23, of Carbondale was charged with narcotics possession. He was given credit for 70 days served and sentenced to three years in the Department of Corrections.
• Gabriel Claussen, 26, of Murphysboro was charged with aggravated battery in a public place. He was given credit for 27 days served and sentenced to six months conditional discharge.
• Davis J. Heinbaugh, 21, of Carbondale was charged with aggravated battery in a public place. He was sentenced to six months conditional discharge.
May 31
• Brandon M. Rasch, age not reported, of Centralia was charged with possession of a meth precursor. He was given credit for four days served and sentenced to 24 months probation and 100 hours public service. He was fined and ordered to attend treatment.
• John W. Duginski, 60, of Carbondale was charged with retail theft. He was fined and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge.
• Dantrell Octavius Anders, 24, of Du Quoin was charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was given credit for three days served and sentenced to 24 months probation. He was fined.
DUI DISPOSITIONS
May 17
• Martin Morales Ramirez, 49, of Murphysboro was fined and sentenced to 12 months supervision. He was ordered to attend treatment.
