The following incidents were obtained from Perry County Sheriff Steve Bareis. Note that arrests, charges and citations are allegations only, not findings of guilt.

Dec. 19
• Deputies cited Jason Q. Call, 32, of West Frankfort for speeding following a traffic stop at 1:01 a.m. on Rt. 154 at Valier Carpet Road.

Dec. 21
• Deputies cited Kimberly K. Hill, 45, of Belleville for speeding following a traffic stop at 4:05 p.m. on Rt. 13.
• Deputies responded at 5:13 a.m. to a traffic crash on Rt. 154 at Titmouse Road. The investigation concluded that a Ford truck driven by Brian A. Wallace, 36, of Marion was traveling westbound on Rt. 154 when it struck a deer. The truck sustained major damage, although Wallace was not injured.
• Deputies arrested Jeffrey L. Quillman II, 30, of Pinckneyville on a warrant following a traffic stop at 4:41 p.m. on Rt. 13. Quillman was taken to the Perry County Jail on $3,000 bond.

Dec. 22
• Deputies cited Austin A. James, 21, of Du Quoin for no valid registration following a traffic stop at 11:15 a.m.

Dec. 23
• Deputies cited Alexandria N. Musial, 25, of Du Bois for speeding following a traffic stop at 10:25 a.m. on Rt. 51.
• Deputies cited Holly A. Foster, 27, of Belleville for disobeying a traffic-control device and operating an uninsured motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 2:14 p.m. in Pinckneyville.
• Deputies cited Emma J. Steele, 61, of Pinckneyville for failure to wear a seat belt following a traffic stop at 2:33 p.m. in Pinckneyville.
