Pinckneyville Community Hospital to offer parenting course

Dr. Andrew Forbes will offer an orientation for expecting parents Monday, June 26 at Pinckneyville Community Hospital.
The informal class will give soon-to-be parents an idea of what to expect during your child's first few well baby visits, as well as how to care for newborns. He also will discuss the importance of self-care for new parents.
Forbes, a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Medicine, completed a joint internal medicine and pediatrics residency at the Indiana University School of Medicine, and is board certified in both internal medicine and pediatrics.
