Benton Grade School students raise $6,300 for St. Jude

Benton Grade School 5-8's math students have raised more than $6,300 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital during their participation in 2017 Math-A-Thon.
Mrs. Chady has been Benton Grade School's coordinator of the Math-A-Thon for eight years. Her fifth- and sixth-grade math classes, along with the rest of the math classes at Benton Grade School, have raised more than $40,000 over the past eight years.
The students complete the online math fun-book and obtain sponsors to donate to St. Jude. St. Jude Children's Research Hospital families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food.
