2017-CF-67, Dorcas C. Penson, Du Quoin, was charged with three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
2017-CF-68, Courtney M. Miller, Du Quoin, was charged with three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
2017-CF-69, Lisa R. Dewar, Du Quoin, was charged with three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
2017-CF-70, Colton M. Olsen was charged with two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
2017-CF-71, Chelsea D. Jackson was charged with two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
2017-CG-72, Kurt E. Richmond, II, De Soto, was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Closed Felonies
2017-CF-65, Holston J. Horton had the case wherein he was charged with three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance removed to federal court.

Misdemeanors
2017-CM-68, Sean P. Glennon, Carterville, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and unlawful possession of a hypodermic syringe.
2017-CM-69, Joshua E. Cathcart, Cutler, was charged with battery.
2017-CM-70, James R. Vuichard, homeless, was charged with obstructing a peace officer.

Closed Misdemeanors
2017-CM-54, John W. Bruno, Pinckneyville, pleaded guilty to the charge of domestic battery and was ordered to pay $1,200 in total fines and fees. He was sentenced to two days in the Perry County Jail.
2017-CM-60, Aramis U. Wallace, Du Quoin, pleaded guilty to the charge of retail theft and was ordered to pay $1,334.47 in total fines and fees. He was sentenced to 42 days in the Perry County Jail.
2017-CM-64, Luther J. Woods, Du Quoin, pleaded guilty to the charge of criminal damage to property and was ordered to pay $1,399 in total fines and fees.
