Benton man arrested on drug charge

A Benton man was arrested Tuesday on a drug charge and an outstanding warrant.
Benton Police reported Wednesday that officers arrested Michael Moulton, 41, March 28 following a traffic stop at the intersection of South Main and Spani streets.
Moulton was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He also was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for theft and criminal damage to property.
Moulton was taken to the Franklin County Jail, where records indicated he has booked at 1 p.m. He has since been released on bond.
