The following incidents were obtained from the Du Quoin Police Department. Note that arrests/charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.

March 1
Police cited Kamil Dunklin, 17, of Du Quoin at 8:05 a.m. for uninsured motor vehicle.
Police arrested Melissa Hoch, 21, of Tamaroa at 5:50 p.m. on a charge of retail theft. Hoch was taken to the Franklin County Jail.
Police cited Armondo Morales, 47, of Du Quoin at 10:34 p.m. for uninsured motor vehicle.

March 2
Police cited Marie Spann, 33, of Du Quoin at 5:47 a.m. for duty of due care -- speeding.
Police arrested Mark Eaton, 24, of Du Quoin at 10:22 a.m. on charges of use of cell phone while driving and driving while license suspended. Eaton posted $150 cash bond.
Police cited Trey Simmons, 16, of De Soto at 5:30 p.m. for duty of due care -- speeding.
Police cited Trayvon Johnson, 31, of Du Quoin at 11:21 p.m. for illegal transportation of alcohol by a passenger and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police arrested Matthew Salzwedel, 18, of Du Quoin at 11:21 p.m. on a charge of possession of cannibas greater than 10 grams and a St. Louis County warrant for failure to appear for possession of heroin.

March 3
Police cited Isiac Sanders, 29, of Du Quoin qt 6:01 a.m. for speeding.
Police cited Dorian Sabatini, 62, of Du Quoin at 6:16 a.m. for speeding and uninsured motor vehicle.
Police cited Rachel Marks, 31, of Du Quoin at 6:30 a.m. for speeding.
Police cited Bailey Debus, 28, of Carbondale at 7:48 p.m. for duty of due care -- speeding.
Police cited James Bulliner, 29, of Du Quoin at 9:40 p.m. for uninsured motor vehicle.
Police cited Anthony Pierce, 20, of Tamaroa at 10:40 p.m. for uninsured motor vehicle.

March 4
Police cited Christopher Burge, 26, of Mt. Vernon at 2:05 a.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police cited Ceasaro Davis, 41, of Sesser at 5:44 a.m. for no valid driver's license, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle and disobeyed traffic control device.
Police cited Cristen VanBuskirk, 25, of Elkville at 8:46 p.m. for duty of due care -- cell phone.
Police cited Justin Lowe, 18, of Carbondale at 11:01 p.m. for unlawful possession of cannabis.
Police cited Tyler Eggemeyer, 18, of Pinckneyville at 11:01 p.m. for unlawful consumption of alcohol.
Police cited one 15-year-old juvenile and four 17-year-old juveniles at 11:01 p.m. for unlawful consumption. They were released to parents.

March 5
Police cited Ridge Alvis, 28, of Belleville at 10:17 a.m. for expired registration.
Police cited Ross Smith, 24, of Carbondaleat 10:42 a.m. for expired registration.
Police cited Nicholas Giacomo, 29, of Pinckneyville at 1:28 p.m. for expired registration.
Police arrested Luther Woods, 19, of Du Quoin at 1:37 p.m. on charges of driving while license suspended, expired registration and uninsured motor vehicle. Woods posted $150 cash bond.
Police cited Brian Schilling, 37, of Steeleville at 5:09 p.m. for expired registration.
Police cited Courtney Perkins, 29, of Du Quoin at 11:06 p.m. for no valid driver's license and one headlamp.
