Dispositions:
On Jan. 27, Allen Chandler, 35, West Frankfort, was sentenced to three years to the Department of Corrections for the offense of unlawful failure to register as a sex offender.
On Jan. 28, Charles M. Welsh, 20, Benton, was sentenced to five years to DOC on a burglary charge and two years on a theft charge.  Welsh allegedly entered a motor vehicle of Abbott Ambulance Service and stole medical kits.
On Jan. 28, Michael J. Flodstrom, 35, Thompsonville, was sentenced to 3 1/2 years to DOC on a charge of theft. Flostrom allegedly exerted unauthorized control over $620 from another person.
On Jan. 28, Billy G. Carrington Jr., 52, West Frankfort, entered an open plea of guilty to the charge of unlawful failure to register as a sex offender, punishable of 2 to 10 years to the Department of Corrections. Sentencing is set for 9:30 a.m. March 24.
On Jan. 27, Allen Chandler, 35, West Frankfort, was sentenced to three years to DOC on a charge of unlawful failure to register as a sex offender.
Jonathon D. Casillas, 23, West Frankfort, pleaded guilty Jan. 13 to  a charge of aggravated battery and was sentenced to 2 1/2 years of probation. He also received two year sentences of probation on charges of domestic battery and battery.
Rex M. Summers, 28, West Frankfort, pleaded guilty Jan. 13 to a charge of aggravated battery. He was sentenced to 2 1/2 years of the Department of Corrections.
Tabatha M. Wysong, 33, address unknown, pleaded guilty Jan. 13 to writing a bad check. She received a sentence of two years of conditional discharge and ordered to make restitution to the victim.
Robert J. Pearson, 31, Centralia, was sentenced on Jan. 13 to two years of court supervision on a charge of retail theft.
Christina L. Walden, 37, Benton, was sentenced on Jan. 13 to two years of conditional discharge and 100 hours of public service on a charge of resisting a peace officer.
Aron D. Luton, 22, Royalton, pleaded guilty Jan. 13 to a charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to two years of probation. A charge of aggravated assault was dismissed.
Eli C. Elders, 18, West Frankfort, pleaded guilty Jan. 13 to a charge of retail theft. He was sentenced to 18 months of probation.
Lexie D. Lively, 19, Benton, was sentenced to two years of court supervision on Jan. 12 on a charge of consumption of liquor by a minor.
Amy J. Howell, 33, Benton, was sentenced to two years of court supervision on Jan. 13 on a charge of driving under the influence of an intoxicating compound. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of drugs were dismissed.
Andrea L. Gibbs, 47, Benton, was sentenced to two years of court supervision on Jan. 13 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Devin A. O'Daniell, 22, Royalton, was sentenced to two years of court supervision on Jan. 13 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.
The state declined to prosecute Aliah M. Thomas, 31, on a charge of criminal damage to property. The case was dismissed.
