The 2021 Saline County 4-H Horse and Pony Show was held on July 27 at the Saline County Fairgrounds Horse Arena.

Exhibitors competed in the categories of Showmanship and Horsemanship/Gaited Equitation to receive Champion and Reserve Champion Pony, Champion and Reserve Champion Beginning and Advanced Horseman, and Champion and Reserve Champion Gaited Horseman.

• Champion Pony (all ages) went to Laney Mondino.
• Champion Beginning Horseman (ages 8-13) was Shelby Pribble.
• Reserve Champion Beginning Horseman (ages 8-13) was Hannah Wenzel.
• Champion Advanced Horseman (ages 14-19) went to Sierra Wilson
• Reserve Champion Advanced Horseman went to Mollie Peterson.
• Champion Beginning Gaited Horseman (ages 8-13) was Marissa Cullers.

4-H thank yous
There are many to thank for all they have done to make our Saline County 4-H Show Season a success. Thanks to the 4-H members and families for your hard work and dedication to your projects and to 4-H. Thanks to our club leaders, superintendents, adult volunteers, show announcers, auctioneers and all those who serve as positive role models to our youth.
