The third annual St. Mary's Golf Tournament, in memory of Jim Shields and benefiting St. Mary's School in Chester, was held Saturday, Aug. 29 at the Chester Country Club.

Eighty-eight golfers participated in the tournament, organized by Tate Search. As they played, the golfers enjoyed pulled pork sandwiches.

After the tournament, a fried chicken dinner with potato salad and slaw was ready for the golfers on tables outside the Knights of Columbus.

The golfers expressed their gratitude to Jim's family and to Tate for another great tournament. See you next year!
