MARION -- The Women's Guild of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marion hosted its annual rummage sale this past Friday. According to guild president Sheila Dingrando, it takes a whole week to prepare for it,

"Monday was our first collection day and we try to get it all put together on display by Thursday night," Dingrando said. "There's more work putting all the items out to sell than there is the days of the sale. Ours is a two-day sale, and on Saturday, we have grocery bags that for $3 people can fill their sacks."

Dingrando added that all money raised at the event will be used by the guild for a wide variety of church needs.
