The Marion FFA Chapter took two teams to the Section 24 horse judging and forestry contests earlier this month. The horse judging team placed third in the section and Brenda Findley was the fifth-place individual. The forestry team placed first with Bridger Bischoff and Colin King as second and third place individually. The horse judging contest is based on students determining balance, structural correctness, breed and sex characteristics, and conformation.
