HERRIN -- For the second time, Pass One Hour Heating and Air has been honored with the President's Award by its parent company, Direct Energy.
One Hour is part of the Direct Energy family of brands and the President's Award is the top award available. A business must have a superior customer service score and show significant growth and success to win.

Richard Pass, Francis's brother, is also a partner in the business.

Francis Pass is a U.S. Army veteran and is an enthusiastic supporter of veterans causes. He also actively supports the Children's Miracle Network, which raises funds and awareness for local children's hospitals.
