A Harrisburg High School teacher was arrested Tuesday afternoon, accused of brandishing a firearm while in the drive-through of Harrisburg McDonald's early Sunday morning.

Police arrested Larry Davis Luna, 61, 514 N. Main St., Harrisburg, 4:05 p.m. Oct. 15 on two counts of aggravated assault. He posted $500 cash bond and was released.

Harrisburg Police Chief Bob Smith said at 2:16 a.m. Oct. 13 at McDonald's Luna was reported to be "screaming and hollering" at a woman in an automobile in front of him in line. The woman exited her vehicle to ask him what was wrong and said Luna displayed a firearm, Smith said.

McDonald's staff called police and officers arrived. Luna was not on the property when officers arrived and the restaurant staff provided police the license plate number.

The Saline County State's Attorney filed charges of two counts of aggravated assault and police arrested Luna Tuesday at his residence.
