    - The Great Backyard Bird Count begins Friday and runs through Sunday. This event is a time to count the birds you see in your backyard or in your local park. Find more information at http://www.birdsource.org/gbbc.
    - In politics, President Barack Obama will submit his 2012 budget proposal on Monday. And on Tuesday, Obama and other officials will meet with Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping.
    - The new movies opening this week are “Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance,” a PG-13 superhero sequel starring Nicolas Cage; “This Means War,” an R comedy action movie starring Reese Witherspoon; “Undefeated,” an unrated documentary about a football team; and the animated G film “The Secret World of Arrietty.”
