The Robinson Maroons upset the state's No. 1 ranked team in Class 2A, 64-61, in the final semifinal game in Peoria Friday night.
Led by a 19-point, 14-point performance by 7-footer Meyers Leonard, Robinson overcame 4-point deficits at halftime and after three quarters.
Robinson will play No. 2-ranked Peoria Manual for the Class 2A title Saturday night. Manual slipped past Breese Cedntral 39-38 in Friday night's first semifinal game.
Breese Central will play Hales Franciscan for third place Saturday night.
