PINCKNEYVILLE -- Pinckneyville Community High School's soccer team closed out its regular season with a 5-2 loss to Anna-Jonesboro/Cobden on Senior Day Wednesday.

The Wildcats held a 1-0 lead after a tight first half of action, but broke open the game with four goals to start the second half.

The Panthers finally got on the scoreboard with goals from Derek Rohlfing and a straight-in volley by Will Epplin.

Six seniors closed out the first varsity season for Panthers Soccer: Luke Chapman, Cameron Naugle, Colton Priebe, Glenn Ritter, Derek Rohlfing, and Grant Tanner.
