McClusky takes medalist honors; Bulldog boys fall at Carmi

Harrisburg's Madison McClusky shot a 37 to take medalist honors as the Bulldog girls' golf team knocked off Carmi-White County 196-219 Monday.
Madeleine DeNeal shot a 46 for Harrisburg, while Gracie Behnke fired a 55. Laken Moore and AnnMarie Podoriscki both shot a 58.
On the boys' side, Grant Wilson shot a 41 as Harrisburg lost at Carmi.
Andrew Bittle carded a 43, while Ashton Hall fired a 44 and Hayden Emery chipped in with a 46. Krayton Morse (47) and Evan McDermott (55) rounded out the scoring for the Bulldogs.
Harrisburg boys were slated to play at West Frankfort Tuesday, while the Harrisburg girls host Mt. Carmel on Thursday.
