'Dogs to meet Devils for SIRR Ohio title

Harrisburg's hit parade was in swinging form as the Bulldogs scored 15 runs on 14 hits and beat Massac County 15-5 in five innings Tuesday afternoon.
Madeline Rider, Kerrigan Payne and Mya King were all 3-for-3 on the day at the plate, while Rider and Payne each hit a home run. Rider drove in three runs, while Payne and King finished with two RBI.
Karsyn Davis was 2-for-4 with a pair of RBI, while Haley Sullivan, Hannah Reid and Halona Presley all had one hit. Sullivan tacked on three RBI to her day, while Presley had a pinch hit to score two runs.
Kerrigan Payne picked up the win in the circle as the freshman left hander allowed four earned runs on seven hits, while striking out three and walking one.
The win sets up a winner-take-all matchup against Murphysboro for the Ohio Division crown of the Southern Illinois River-To-River on Friday at 4:30 p.m. in Harrisburg.
Both the Bulldogs (22-3) and Red Devils are 7-2 and the Bulldogs have not won the Ohio since 2004.

Eldorado 7, Hamilton County 6
After going up 5-2 through two innings, Eldorado rallied with the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning to beat Hamilton County 7-6 Tuesday.
Cathlene Green was 3-for-4 with three RBI, while Cydnee VanZant was 2-for-3 with an RBI to pace the Eagles at the plate.
Lexie Mitchell and Emma Wargel both had multiple hit games as Mitchell was 2-for-2 with three runs scored and Wargel finished with a pair of RBI. Paige Munds went 1-for-4 with two RBI.
Wargel got the win in the circle as she went the distance, allowing three earned runs on nine hits, while striking out four and walking one.
Eldorado (6-9, 2-3 BDC) was slated to play Norris City-Omaha-Enfield Wednesday, followed by a road game at Hamilton County Thursday and close out the week at home against Galatia on Friday.
